Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 2 c
How to make white fudge:
Boil water and sugar over medium heat to soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Let rest 10 minutes. Beat until shine starts to leave. Quickly pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch cake pan. Cool part way in fridge. Cut into squares; refrigerate until completely cooled.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
