Fruit cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- fruit - 5 c
How to make fruit cobbler:
Add water to fresh fruit. Combine 1st four ingredients together in a large bowl, stirring well. Add fruit. Toss gently. Place in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir well. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit. Drizzle 1/3 cup melted butter evenly over crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
