  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • soda - 4 tsp
  • nuts - 2 c
  • ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • raisins
  • cloves - 1/8 tsp
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • hot applesauce
  • mixed fruit - 1 pkg

How to make fruit cake:

Melt butter in applesauce and cook. Add other ingredients and last soda and flour. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bake at 250°, when raised, turn heat to 275°.
