  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • unbeaten egg white - 1 item
  • crushed berries - 1 c
  • lemon juice if desired - 2 tsp

How to make frozen strawberry pie:

Combine in large bowl. Beat at high speed until thick and light colored, 6 to 8 minutes. Whip 1/2 cup cream until thick. Fold gently into berry mixture. Put in graham cracker crust. Freeze.
