Frozen strawberry delight

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• plain flour - 1 c
• lemon juice - 2 tsp
• stick oleo, melted - 1 item
• small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
• brown sugar light - 1/4 c
• Filling:2 egg whites

How to make frozen strawberry delight:

Filling:2 egg whites2 tsp. lemon juice1 small carton Cool Whip1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup sugar or 1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, chopped and 1 c. sugar Beat egg whites on high; add strawberries and lemon juice. Continue beating until fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip and add as much of strawberry juice as possible and still remain stiff. Spread on cool crust and freeze.
