Frozen fruit cups
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- chopped maraschino cherries - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- crushed pineapple, undrained
- bananas, peeled and cubed - 3 item
How to make frozen fruit cups:
Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups. Freeze until firm. Store in plastic bag. Makes about 1/2 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Pineapple.
