Chocolate cake pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 Tbsp
- sifted flour - 1 c
- melted butter, cooled - 3 Tbsp
- water or coffee
How to make chocolate cake pudding:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 1/2 c. water or coffee In a 9-inch baking pan sift sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Spread batter in pan.Mix topping (sugars and cocoa); sprinkle over batter. Pour water or coffee over all. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cool with cream.
