Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- unsifted flour - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- chocolate flavor Nestle Choco Bake liquid - 2 envelopes
- Fudge Frosting:1 egg yolk
- envelope Nestle Choco Bake - 1 oz
How to make frosted fudge brownies:
Fudge Frosting:1 egg yolk2 Tbsp. melted butter1 (1 oz.) envelope Nestle Choco Bake1 tsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla1 c. powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350°. Combine sugar, eggs, butter, Nestle Choco Bake and vanilla; beat until creamy. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Add nuts. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.Fudge Frosting: Combine egg yolks, butter, Nestle Choco Bake, milk and vanilla; mix until well blended. Gradually add confectioners sugar; beat until creamy.
