Ingredients/Components
- cold water - 2 c
- soy sauce - 2 3
- long grain rice - 2 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- Accent - 1 tsp
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- medium diced onion - 1 item
- diced green bell pepper - 1 item
- cubed pork - 2 c
- diced, baked or fried ham - 1 c
- scrambled eggs, cut in strips - 2 item
How to make fried rice with pork:
Place rice and cold water in 4-quart saucepan; bring to boil. Steam 20 minutes on low heat; set aside to cool. Brown pork in slightly greased 10-inch skillet. Cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes on low heat. Add celery, onion and bell pepper; saute 3 mRecipe categories: < 30 mins, Main dish, One Dish meal.
