Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- bean sprouts - 1 c
- green onion - 1/4 c
- cold cooked rice - 4 c
- diced, cooked pork, ham, chicken or shrimp - 1 c
How to make fried rice:
Cook pork in oil until brown. Stir in soy sauce, rice, mushrooms and bean sprouts. Cook until heated. Make well in center. Add eggs. Cover; cook until eggs are half set. Uncover; continue cooking. Stir to mix. Serve garnished with onions.Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
