Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- fresh mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- red Italian wine - 1/4 c
- sweet basil season to taste - 1 tsp
How to make sauteed mushrooms:
Wash and clean mushrooms. Add all ingredients to pot and simmer 25 minutes on low heat. Keep covered so liquids remain. Serve at room temperature or chilled.Recipe categories: Vegan, Side dish, Vegetables.
