Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- grated cheese - 2 c
- large onions, thinly sliced - 3 item
- large potatoes, thinly sliced - 6 item
- bacon, cut in small pieces - 1/2 lb
- salt and pepper or seasoning salt to taste - 1 item
How to make fried potatoes:
Brown bacon and cook until transparent, but not crisp. Drain. Add onions. Cook until tender. Add potatoes. Season with salt and pepper or seasoning salt to taste. Cook until tender. Add cheese.
