  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • oil
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • cornmeal - 1 c
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • mustard - 1/4 c
  • grated onion - 1/2 c
  • black pepper
  • lemon wedges - 1 item
  • frogs - 12 item

How to make fried frog legs:

Combine onion, garlic cloves, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Wash frog legs; pat dry and place in onion mixture for 1 hour. Mix flour and cornmeal. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove legs from marinade and roll in flour-cornmeal mixture.
