Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- oil
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
- cornmeal - 1 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- mustard - 1/4 c
- grated onion - 1/2 c
- black pepper
- lemon wedges - 1 item
- frogs - 12 item
How to make fried frog legs:
Combine onion, garlic cloves, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Wash frog legs; pat dry and place in onion mixture for 1 hour. Mix flour and cornmeal. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove legs from marinade and roll in flour-cornmeal mixture.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Meat, Cajun.
