Ingredients/Components
- water
- ground chuck - 3 lb
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- burritos or taco seasoning mix - 2 pkg
- small cans refried beans or 1 large size flour tortillas - 2 item
How to make fried burritos:
Brown chuck; drain all fat off. Add seasoning mix and water; simmer until liquid is gone. Add beans and mix well. Put mixture on tortillas and roll up and deep fry. Add cheese before rolling up.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Main dish.
