  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • coconut - 1 item
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • Minute Frosting - 7 item

How to make fresh coconut cake:

Mix together 1 1/2 cups sugar, oil, buttermilk, flour, salt, baking powder, soda and eggs. Pour into 3 cake pans and bake at 350°. Prepare filling using evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 3 egg yolks and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thickene
