How to make fresh apple cake:

Icing:1/2 c. margarine1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1/2 box powdered sugar Core apples, leave peel on. Cut in large cubes. Beat eggs in sugar. Mix well. Combine flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Add this mixture and all other ingredients
