  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • pecans
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • chopped apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add vanilla, apples and pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
