Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour - 3 c
• diced tart apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix all wet ingredients. Add apples and nuts, then add dry ingredients. Bake in Bundt pan (greased and floured) for about 1 hour. Can be cooked in 2 loaf pans.
