- light Cool Whip - 3 Tbsp
- box light yellow or white cake mix - 1 item
- Icing:1 can lemon pie filling
- container fat-free custard lemon yogurt - 1 item
How to make light lemon cake:
Icing:1 can lemon pie filling1 container fat-free custard lemon yogurt3 Tbsp. light Cool Whip Mix the cake mix, using only the egg whites and 1/4 teaspoon of soda. Pour into 2 round cake pans. Top with the icing. Keep refrigerated.Icing: Mix the icing by hand.
