Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1/2 item
- Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Add to mixture and mix well. Add nuts. Makes 2 loaves. Bake at 325° for one hour or until done.Topping:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 box powdered sugar lemon juice Blend topping and put on when loaf is cool.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
