  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 2 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • chopped apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix the first 4 ingredients well. Sift together the flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon and add to the first mixture. Add the nuts and apples. Mix. Bake in a 9-inch pan at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
