Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 3/4 c
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• nuts, chopped - 1 c
• lemon juice - 2 tsp
• eggs, well beaten - 2 item
• diced apples unpeeled, cut into small pieces - 4 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix together eggs, oil, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to first mixture. Add apples and nuts. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch for 35 minutes or Bundt for 1 hour and 15 minutes) at 350°.
