Chocolate mayonnaise cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• cold water - 1 c
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• mayonnaise - 1 c

How to make chocolate mayonnaise cake:

Combine sugar and cocoa. Add soda to cold water and combine with sugar mixture, along with salt and vanilla, then add flour and mix. It will be quite heavy. Fold in mayonnaise. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.
