French onion soup
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- water - 4 c
- oleo - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- onions, sliced - 4 item
- beef bouillon cubes - 6 item
- can beef broth - 1 item
- slices toast - 6 item
How to make french onion soup:
Saute onions in the oleo. Add flour, Worcestershire sauce, water and broth. Simmer for 1 hour or until onions are tender. Serve with toasted bread with butter, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
