Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded coconut - 1 c
  • butter, melted - 1/4 c
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item

How to make french coconut pie:

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pie shell. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and bake 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is almost set. When cool, store in refrigerator. Serves 8.
