French coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make french coconut pie:
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pie shell. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and bake 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is almost set. When cool, store in refrigerator. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
