Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
- baked pie crust - 1 item
How to make coconut pie:
Mix flour and sugar; mix eggs and beat slightly. Add to sugar and flour mixture. Add milk, small amount at a time. Cook in double boiler until thickened and add vanilla and butter. Remove from heat and add coconut. Put in prebaked pie crust and cool. Add Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with coconut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
