  • grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
  • shredded Fontina cheese - 3 oz
  • red pepper flakes - 1 item
  • shredded Provolone cheese - 3 oz
  • refrigerated pizza crust - 1 (10
  • shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese - 3 oz
  • large plum tomatoes, sliced - 3 item

How to make four cheese pizza:

Preheat oven to 425°. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with Pam. Unroll pizza dough; press into prepared pan. Cover with Provolone, Mozzarella and Fontina cheeses. Cover cheeses with tomatoes. Sprinkle seasonings over tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake until cheeses are bubbly and golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
