Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- lard
How to make foolproof pie crust:
Mix flour and lard with pastry blender. Add sugar, salt, egg and water. Mix well. Yields 5 shells.Note: Can add 1 teaspoon vinegar to egg and water mixture. Guarantees nice crust.
