Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- yeast - 1/2 pkg
How to make sourdough waffles:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Let stand 2 or 3 days. This is your starter. The night before add flour and milk. Next morning take out starter (1/3 to 1/2 cup). Keep in refrigerator for next batch.
