  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • soup can milk - 1 item
  • chicken - 1 (2
  • can mushrooms - 1 oz
  • uncooked rice - 3/4 c

How to make fluffy rice and chicken:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix soup and milk. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture. Mix remaining soup mixture, rice, mushrooms with liquid and 1/2 of onion soup mix; pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Put cut up chicken on top. Pour on remaining soup mix. Sprinkle rest of onion soup mix on top. Bake for 1 hour, covered with foil. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
