  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • Karo light corn syrup - 1 c

How to make easy hot fudge sauce:

In a 2-quart saucepan, stir together first 6 ingredients. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or cake. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
