Fisherman's chowder
Ingredients/Components
- skim milk
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Bring to a boil
- box frozen mixed vegetables, thawed - 1 oz
- large potato, peeled and cubed into bite sized pieces - 1 item
- dried dill weed or 1 tsp - 1/2 tsp
- fish fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 lb
How to make fisherman's chowder:
Combine all ingredients, except the fish, in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add fish. Cover and simmer 5 more minutes. Yields 4 servings.
