Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- crushed crackers - 2 c
- small cans cove oysters - 2 item
How to make scalloped oysters:
Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter; put 1/3 of crumbs in shallow baking dish. Pour 1 can oysters with juice over crumbs; add pepper. Repeat layers, with crumbs on top. Add milk; set 15 minutes.
