  • milk - 3/4 c
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • crushed crackers - 2 c
  • small cans cove oysters - 2 item

How to make scalloped oysters:

Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter; put 1/3 of crumbs in shallow baking dish. Pour 1 can oysters with juice over crumbs; add pepper. Repeat layers, with crumbs on top. Add milk; set 15 minutes. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until brown on top. Serv
