- salt - 1/4 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- flaked, cooked fish or crab - 1 c
- mashed potato, boiled no milk - 1 c
How to make fish cakes:
