Ingredients/Components
- nonstick vegetable spray - 1 item
- sea scallops - 8 oz
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- margarine, melted - 2 tsp
How to make broiled scallops:
Preheat broiler; spray broiler pan with nonstick vegetable spray. Coat scallops lightly in bread crumbs; place on prepared pan. Combine lemon juice and margarine; sprinkle over scallops. Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired. Makes 2 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Main dish.
