Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • grated onion - 2 Tbsp
  • minced pimento - 2 Tbsp
  • ground cooked turkey
  • seasoned, mashed potatoes - 1 c

How to make turkey croquettes:

Melt butter; blend in flour and gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add a little hot mixture to egg and mix well. Stir into hot mixture and cook, stirring constantly one minute. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightl
