Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- total - 4 pork
- dry white wine - 1 Tbsp
- sesame oil - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, sliced - 1 item
- small green pepper, cut into strips - 1 item
- to 10 cherry tomatoes, halved - 8 item
- snipped fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp
- snipped fresh basil or 1/2 tsp
- medium zucchini, cut into julienne strips - 1 item
- medium yellow squash, cut into julienne strips - 1 item
How to make broiled pork chops:
Combine oil, wine, garlic powder and dash of pepper; set aside. Trim chops of excess fat. Place chops on rack of an unheated broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes; brush with some of wine mixture.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
