- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
- smoked haddock - 2 lb
