- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- milk - 1 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make finger steak:
Slice steak into 1 x 2 1/2-inch strips. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Blend together egg and milk. Dredge strips and cover completely with flour. Fry in hot oil.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
