Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
- white corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
- to 1 stick butter - 1/2 item
- Add oil and beat well
- chopped fig preserves with juice - 1 c
How to make fig cake:
Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, alternately with milk. Add figs, pecans and vanilla.
