  • eggs - 2 item
  • corn meal - 1 c
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • melted margarine - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
  • can green chilies - 1 oz

How to make fiesta corn:

Blend all ingredients together, except the cheese and chilies. Pour 1/2 of the corn mixture into a casserole; top with 1/2 of the grated cheese and the chilies. Pour in the rest of the corn mixture and top with remaining cheese.
