- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- corn meal - 3 c
- jalapeno peppers, chopped - 3 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour half of the batter in large baking dish or pan, then add Cheddar cheese. Pour remaining batter on top of cheese and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, until brown.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
