  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • fresh broccoli flowerets - 1 c
  • vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
  • sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips - 1 item
  • Alfredo Sauce see recipe - 1 item

How to make fettuccine primavera:

Cook onion in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Add snow peas and next 3 ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in Alfredo Sauce. Add fettuccine and toss gently. Serve immediately. Yields 6 servings.
