Fettuccine primavera
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 3/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- sliced zucchini - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- dried basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
- broccoli flowerets - 1 c
- sliced mushrooms - 1/2 c
- medium tomatoes, wedged - 2 item
- diced red or green pepper - 1/2 c
How to make fettuccine primavera:
In a large skillet on medium-high heat, cook broccoli, zucchini, pepper, onion and basil in margarine until tender. Stir in tomatoes and mushrooms. Toss vegetable mixture with hot fettuccine. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 5.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Pasta, Main dish.
