Ingredients/Components
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- salsa - 1/2 c
- tomato wedges - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/8 tsp
- onion slices - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 2 Tbsp
- ground oregano - 1/2 tsp
- seasoning salt - 1 tsp
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- green pepper strips - 1 c
- skirt steak or chicken, cut into 1/4-inch strips - 1 lb
How to make fajitas:
Combine first 8 ingredients and marinate meat 6 to 8 hours. Heat oil over high heat. Saute half the meat until it loses its pink color, then add half the bell pepper and onion. Cook until done.
