Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • hamburger meat - 2 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • block Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 item
  • Ortega - 2 cans
  • 10-inch tortilla shells - 1 pkg

How to make enchiladas:

Brown hamburger meat; drain. Add sour cream, seasoning, soups, green chilies, onion and grated cheese. Place 1/4 cup mixture on tortilla shell; roll up. Place in pan. Continue until all shells are filled. Put remaining mixture on top of rolled shells. Top with remaining grated cheese. Microwave for 20 minutes at half power.
