Ingredients/Components
- ground beef
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 count)
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- shredded Jack cheese - 6 oz
- spring onion, chopped - 1 item
- enchilada seasoning - 2 pkg
How to make enchiladas:
Brown ground beef and 1 medium onion until onion is tender. Drain. Add taco seasoning and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Turn to simmer until liquid is almost absorbed. In a separate pan, add tomato paste, 3 1/2 cups water and 2 packages enchilada seRecipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
