Enchilada pie
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground meat - 2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- soup can milk - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- tortillas - 1 item
- can taco sauce - 1 1/2
- can green chili peppers - 1 1/2
How to make enchilada pie:
Brown meat, onion, salt and pepper. Add rest of ingredients. Grease large baking dish. Place a layer of tortillas and a layer of meat mixture until all meat mixture is used, with meat on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. (Longer if you want it thicker.) When done, top with grated cheese.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
