Enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 2 c
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- hamburger - 2 lb
- tomato sauce - 1 can
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 12 item
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- can chicken soup - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown hamburger, onion and garlic. Drain. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Line medium-sized casserole dish with 6 tortillas. Pour in meat mixture. Cover with 6 tortillas. Combine soup with milk. Pour over top of casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Bake for 25 minutes in 350° oven. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
