Ingredients/Components
- 3 oz - 1 lb
- hamburger
- grated Velveeta cheese - 2 c
- can enchilada sauce - 1 oz
- 12 corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- large finely chopped onion - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown hamburger meat; add chili and enchilada sauce. Heat together until mixture simmers. Grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Alternate layers of tortillas, chili mixture, onions and cheese. Bake, covered, for 50 to 60 minutes in a 350° oven. Uncover the last 15 minutes. Let casserole sit at least 20 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
